Quality TechnicianA manufacturing company in Stratford, CT is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting quality assurance initiatives, investigating product and process issues, conducting inspections, performing root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing operation.What We're Looking For:5+ years of manufacturing quality experienceParticipate in and support ISO 9001 audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Investigate and resolve Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to drive continuous improvement.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentationKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality toolsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing organization where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. Pay rate - $26 - $27.
